RSI's mission is to provide innovative services to support the lives of people with disabilities.

RSI is founded on the belief that all persons with disabilities can live successfully in community-based settings with individualized supports.

RSI's goals are:

• To provide individualized supports that fit RSI clients' interests, abilities and needs;
• To employ well-trained staff to carryout these supports;
• To focus on innovation and quality improvement;
• To coordinate RSI supports with other available services; and,
• To advocate and educate the community on behalf of RSI consumers.

RSI provides supports to individuals, families, and children who have disabilities of all kinds, including:

• Developmental Disabilities
• Severe Emotional Disturbances and Mental Illness
• Childhood Behavioral Disorders
• Physical Disabilities
• Brain Injuries
• Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders
