There is an immediate opening for a Full Time DSP awake overnight to provide services in an adult foster care home serving four males. Diagnosis include brain injuries, mental illness and other physical disabilities. The position will be full time working every Sunday and Monday overnights and then alternating between every other weekend and Wednesday and Thursday overnights. This position is eligible for RSI's full benefits package.
Duties include, but are not limited to: providing direct personal cares to the male residents, implementing behavioral and medical protocols, contributing creative ideas for activities, promoting community involvement, documentation, data collection and review, medication administration, safety checks, housekeeping, home maintenance and some meal preparation.

There is an immediate opening for a Full Time Shift Leader at FC program in Taylors Falls, MN. This position consists of 40 hours a week and is eligible for RSI benefits package. The Taylors Falls program serves four adults males with mental illness.
Job duties include the planning and implementation of supports to the assigned client, monitor, assess, and report progress on goals and objectives, help revise support plans and intervene to improve implementation as necessary, and coordinate communication with the Extended Support Team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for producing the monthly schedule, delivering and monitoring the delivery of staff training, supervising and evaluating staff, facilitating problem solving, promoting teamwork, and leading direct support staff by example. The Shift Leader will coordinate client funds, assure adequate house supplies are available, assure the home is kept clean and sanitary, as well as tracking and reporting of petty cash. The Shift Leader will also be responsible for submitting payroll and punch detail on time to the payroll manager.

There is an immediate opening for a Shift Leader to provide and supervise services at our Oregon Creek home. This position consists of 40 hours a week and is eligible for benefits. Schedule will consist of some mornings, evenings and every other weekend. Oregon Creekcurrently serves three residents with physical disabilities, TBI, and some mental health. Oregon Creek does have an open bed right now that we are trying to fill.
The Shift Leader combines the skills of high-quality direct service with service coordination and supervision of a team of direct service staff. The Shift Leader will monitor, assess, and report progress on goals and objectives, coordinate communication with Extended Support Teams, hire staff, deliver and monitor the delivery of staff training, supervise and evaluate staff, facilitate problem-solving, and promote teamwork in the delivery of high quality supports.
