I didn't have any experience working with people with disabilities before I started working at RSI. I was a psychology major and it's great experience for me. I enjoy working at RSI because they are really good about working around your schedule, and utilize teamwork at the program, and company wide. You get to see growth within the clients and even within yourself. I have learned so much from our clients. My most memorable moment at RSI would have to be taking a client to South Carolina to reunite with his family, this is something I will never forget.

I enjoy the diversity of work that RSI has to offer it's employees, a variety of programs to work with. I have worked in the foster care programs and have now moved on to the ARMHS program, providing home and community based services to individuals with Mental Health Disorders. I have been with RSI for so long because my life continues to be enriched by our clients and by my coworkers.
