Description
RSI Oregon Creek is located in the Woodland area of Duluth, MN. The home is a large, one-level, ranch-style home on a wooded lot, close to the bus line. It is fully wheelchair accessible, with spacious bedrooms, hallways and common areas. The program can serve up to four individuals who require physical accessibility.
Oregon Creek currently serves three men ranging in age from early 30's to their 60's with traumatic brain injuries, physical disabilities, mental health diagnoses and medical fragility issues. We currently have two staff on duty at night to accommodate the needs of one of the Oregon Creek clients. The staff are well trained on a number of behavioral and medical issues. This program can serve the needs of either gender, dependent upon their needs.
