Description
Meadow is RSI's newest Iron Range program. The four-bedroom home is all on one level and is entirely wheelchair accessible. Meadow has a beautiful, large, private yard and is located on the west side of HIbbing, near Walmart and Lowe's.
This home is designed for individuals whose physical status is changing due to their aging or progression of a disability, or who are too young to be in a nursing home and want to live in the community. This program primarily serves individuals who have TBI, mental health diagnoses, and physical disabilities. Staff are trained on a number of medical health issues including multiple sclerosis.
