Consumer Satisfaction

Annually, in January, RSI sends out satisfaction surveys to clients and their extended teams to capture information regarding the quality of services delivered, as well as housing RSI provided. In January 2007, we sent out surveys to measure quality for 2006. At that time, we changed our survey distribution process to improve our response rate. Improving the response rate enables us to have a clearer picture of how we are doing with service delivery and client satisfaction. We are pleased to report that our response rates for our services survey improved from roughly 5% in 2005 to over 43% in 2006. Similarly, our housing survey response rate improved from roughly 4% in 2005 to over 40% in 2006. Striving for improvement in this area is ongoing. Thank you to everyone who participated last year.

We recently sent out all services and housing surveys for 2007. We will compile the results (and include an action plan) no later than the end of May 2008 and post them on this web page. We encourage all clients and team members to participate.

Also in 2008, we plan to rewrite the survey tools for Foster Care and In Home services and housing to be distributed in 2009. We are working on simplifying the survey without compromising important data collection. RSI is committed to maintaining and improving services for the individuals we serve. This annual evaluation process assists us in achieving this goal.
