Adult Foster Care

RSI's Foster Care homes provide warm, supportive, and supervised living in a family-like environment. A typical program serves four individuals who need 24-hour supervision.

Our Direct Support Professionals provide individual assistance to clients with physical, medical, mental health, and behavioral support needs. Services are designed to help a person live as independently as possible by providing skill development in areas such as: social skills, recreation, meal preparation, budgeting, self-care, educational or vocational interests, and behavioral support. Additionally, our nursing team oversees medical needs.

Support Plans are designed with the individual being served at the core of the service development to best capture the goals, hopes, and dreams of each person we serve.
