RSI Employee Activity Committee Mission Statement:

RSI believes a positive working environment nourishes overall success for everyone. RSI encourages activities where employees can build teamwork skills and an overall appreciation of the various cultures and individual differences that characterize RSI's diverse workforce. The RSI Employee Activity Committee, consisting of employees interested in developing positive relationships among peers, organizes many events and programs throughout the year; such as, fund raising, volunteering, team sponsorships and recreational activities. By planning and promoting staff events and activities which facilitate staff interaction, we hope to enhance and sustain employee morale.

Goals of the RSI EAC:

  1. Sponsor fun events and provide opportunities for RSI employees to meet and develop relationships in a non-work setting.
  2. Fund raising to support EAC activities.
  3. Fund raising to be used for staff emergencies, called the "Employee Hardship Fund".
  4. Volunteering opportunities for community betterment, e.g., blood drive, Adopt a Highway, United Way, support local fire departments, etc.
  5. Sponsorship of sports teams such as: softball teams, bowling teams, golf teams, etc.
  6. Enhance employee morale and relations agency wide.
